My name is Ellen Mouton. I am a mindfulness and meditation teacher who specializes in helping people relax and sleep. I have been using my voice to induce sleep for years. However, falling asleep is much more than being lulled by a relaxing tone. This is science. In this training, we’ll learn that sleep must be approached holistically for sustainable medium and long term results.
The resolution of sleep disorders follows 4 main steps that we will cover: 1. Understanding sleep, 2. Awareness of false and limiting beliefs, 3. Managing emotions and 4. Practical training.

Based on mutual love, on helping each other, on sharing and with a sense of security and more.
Someone to share unique authentic and sincere moments, and keep them forever in our memories. But also someone to trust, who would respect us, encourage us, and who would not deceive us.
Someone who would sincerely look right into our eyes and say “ I love you and I always will”.
Unfortunately, that is how most relationships start but it never lasts. Why doesn’t it last? What does “The right person” mean?
In this meditation, we will point out the issues, release the blocks then integrate the content with a closing guided meditation to restore an abundance of love in our lives.
